薬膳鍋という事で、どんな感じなのだろうか？とワクワクしながら店に入りました。
店内は趣ある造りでこれまた良い雰囲気。
さいしょにとりあえずグラスビールを。
ワインリストも鍋に合いそうなラインナップで、ワイン好きにも嬉しい感じ。
お食事をどう頼んだら良いのか迷ってると、女将さんがすかさず笑顔で来てくれて説明してくれました〜
最初に一品料理を3品ほど。
タコのマリネ、白海老のフリット、チーズオムレツ。
白ワインのボトルを頼み、いざ鍋へ！
お肉は牛サーロインとプラチナポークのバラ肉をチョイス！
最初に女将さんが鍋の食べ方を説明してくれます！
まず鍋のスープだけ飲んだだけで感激！うますぎ！
そして豚バラとネギを最初に食べてもう止まりません！
写真撮る暇もなく食べ続けました☆
こんなうまい鍋知らなかったなんて...
満足度の高い鍋でした〜
