スープは麦色をした鶏ガラ醤油。
見た目以上に油が多く、唇がギトる。
それでも塩分は控えめで体に良さそう。

焼きそばうまいです。後半はからし、お酢で味変しながら食べると良い。
ふらりと立ち寄ってランチ。
固焼きそばにエビチリ。これでいいんだよっていう中華。
食べるものが決まらないとき、是非お勧め。外さない。
下の娘のリクエストで横浜に。久しぶりに中華街で昼食です。梅蘭焼きそば、海鮮焼きそば、焼き餃子、水餃子を注文。どれも美味しかったのですがあまり料理が熱くないのが残念でした。
外はカリッと、中はあんかけボリューミー！！
一度訪れたかったお店。コストパフォーマンスいいと思います。
