今日は大晦日。
年越しそばを食べに「角清」さんにお昼にお伺いです。
昔からたまに寄らせて頂いているお蕎麦屋さんです。
店頭で忙しそうに年越しそばを販売されています。
店内に入ると中は割と空いていて、すぐに座れました。
オーダーは
・上天ざる
です。
１５分ほどでサーブされます。
まずはお蕎麦を頂きます。
甘めのそばつゆに腰のある中細のお蕎麦です。
そばつゆは嫌でない甘さで、自分は好きです。
次に天ぷらを頂きます。
ここでアクシデント…
天ぷらの数品が冷たい…
他の日にお伺いした時にはこんな事は一切無かったのですが、今日は大晦日…忙しくてあらかじめ揚げてあったのかな…
う〜ん、これはNGです。
割と好きなお蕎麦屋さんなので、これは残念……
いつもは熱々で何を頂いても一定のクオリティなので、初めての体験です。
またあらためて別の日に伺ってみます。
