エスペランサの真向かい。
今回はビール目的。
日曜の関内、馬車道は人通りが少なく18時でも人通りはまばら。
ガラス張りのドアを入るとカウンターは7割着席。
2階に行きテーブルに着席。その後19時前には全体7~8割の入りで繁盛している。
外人率が高い。
これまでクラフトビールを提供する店でベアードビールは何度かお世話になっているが原宿も、中目黒も未訪問。
最初は馬車道・エールという限定ビール。見た目ほど味は濃くなく飲みやすく後味もいい。
その次は帝国IPAというネーミングで決めたIPA。ホップの香りがいい。
最後はwabi-sabi これが一番すきだったかも。緑茶や山葵も原材料に使われている。
ビールはキンキンではない、すこし温め・・そのほうが香りなども楽しめるのだろうが自分はもう少し冷やしたい。
じつはこの店に来た理由はもう一つ。American BBQを堪能するため。
ブリスケット（肩バラ）と豚のリブのコンボ（2,100円）は最高。
こんなテキサスっぽいBBQが食べられるなんて感動もの。
日本ではほぼお目にかかれない料理。だから外人が（多分ほぼアメリカ人）多かったのか～
またすぐ訪問したい！ほかの肉とビールを試しに・・・
