社内会議が終わった後に若手部下のリクエストでピザが食べたいという希望を聞き以前からお邪魔したかった此方のお店へ。ピザだけではなく幅広い料理がありお酒も充実しているので週末たあって予約で一杯でしたが運良く入れました。
フレッシュトマトとつぶ貝のマリネ、おまかせ鮮魚のムニエル、塩麹唐揚げ、分厚く切った牛タンのロースト、一口ロールキャベツ、農家のベーコン&ソーセージどっさり濃厚チーズかけ、バジルモッツァレラピザ、海老とゴルゴンゾーラのクリームパスタ、こぼしフライドポテトを注文。
野菜の使い方が素晴らしく添え物としては中々レベルが高いし味付けも全体的にバランスが良くスマートな印象を受けました。個人的にはゴルゴンゾーラのクリームパスタ、ロールキャベツ、ムニエルは洋食としてレベルが高いなと思いました。大きい箱ですが料理が遅いこともなく寧ろ早くて此方が追い付かなくなるぐらいでした。
店員さんも堅苦しくない接客で大人数対応可能なので食事会や飲み会には良いかも。
