今夜は、ついていた。北海道のスープカレーに出会えるとは。
噂で他にもあるとは聞いてきたが、今までは馬車道の名店しか伺っていなかった。これからは、交互に伺うのが楽しみになった。
リピート決定。
-感想
夕食の場所を探していて、なんと北海道の名店を見つけた。もとカレー博物館のあった、伊勢佐木町モール。以前から聞いてはいたが、やっと出会えた。
なんとなく、勝手に路面に面した1階と思っていたが、こちらはEVに乗って7階に。EVを降りると、そこはバリ風な異空間。
ほぼ個室になっていて、お一人様でも囲われ感があって安心。バリサウンドも雰囲気を盛り上げる。
チョイスしたスープカレーは、チキンベースのスープ。スパイスも効いていて、匂いだけども食欲をそそる。チキンは劇的に柔らかく、ライスはココナッツ風味。抜群なハーモニーが、約束されている。

今回も、変わらぬクオリティー。

久々の訪問。EVを降りた店先には、相変わらず列を成していた。たが、こちらは並ぶ価値あり。ライスを少なくして、奥深く複雑な味のするスープを楽しみたい。
