驚くべきコスパを誇るこちらのお店のピッツァは味まで美味しくて驚きました。
大きさは一般的なものと比べて少し小さめではありますが
×価格が低いから小さい
⚪︎価格の低さにしては大きい
と感じました。
焼き加減は均等に綺麗に焼けているという印象でした。焦げによる香ばしさ、苦味が好みといった方もいるかとは思いますが、こちらはそれは抑え気味の焼き加減で、その分生地の味や風味をダイレクトに感じることができる仕上がりだと感じました。
しかしスプマンテと白ワインをいただいて2000円ちょっととは驚異的です。雰囲気もなかなか落ち着く感じでしたよー。
他のピッツァやステーキなども気になります。また機会があれば伺います。
