※味のうるさい生鮮市場で30年腕を奮った男の料理に嘘はない! 大のベイスターズファン野球好きバンバン番長店主の飛田和晃(とびたかずあき)です。2014年より横浜市中区で居酒屋をオープンいたしましたが、開店当初は誰もお客さんが来ない日々で、何度も何度もお店をやめようと思いましたが、そんな時に自分の好きな料理を食べながらお酒を楽しんで欲しいと、そんな思いのみでお店を経営することに。不器用で頑固だからこその手作りへのこだわり。私より優秀な料理人や店舗経営者は恐らく100万人以上いるでしょう。ですが、今までやってこれたのは自身の腕とこだわりを信頼・信用したお客さんに支えられたからです。
