夫婦でランチに訪問
旅行会社のクーポンで利用しました。調べてみると2000円のコースと同じ内容でした。
前菜とコーンスープ
蒸し鶏の上におろし生姜、油が強い感じがしましたが、焼豚は甘辛の味が丁度よい。
コーンスープもなかなか味が良い。
春巻き
からりと揚げてありパリパリ、中はフカヒレの入ったあん。味付けも程よく酢醤油と辛子で頂きました。
黒酢豚
見た目は普通の酢豚ですが、肉はブロック肉ではなく、細かく切られた肉をひと口サイズに固めて揚げています。
豚肉の繊維が口の中に残らず、甘みが広がります。タレは甘酢なのですが、豚の甘みを損なわず、美味しく頂きました。
イカのチリソース炒め
大きめにカットされたイカが柔らかく、玉ねぎ青ネギのほか、揚げた春巻きの皮がバランスよく入っていました。チリソースの味も程よかった。
鶏肉とカシューナッツの炒め
それぞれの具が、小さくサイコロ状に切られています。
鶏肉は柔らかくジューシーで、野菜はシャキシャキに炒めてあります
一つ一つ食べても美味しかった。
五目チャーハン
しっとりめで、さっぱりしたチャーハン、
チャーシューの味はしっかりと、
小えびはプリプリでこちらもバランスよくあっさりとまとめていました。
杏仁豆腐
甘くてさっぱりとしたデザートの杏仁豆腐、これは別腹です。
全体的にあっさりとした味付けでとても美味しかったです。
日本人の口に合う味付けの様に思われました。
今回は個室に通され静かにランチを頂けて良かったです。
中華大通りに店を構えて、この値段でコース料理を提供しこの味ならば満足です。
ちなみに、２人だったからか、全てが始めから小皿で提供されました。
