関内の桜通りにそう言えばまだ訪問してない大陸系町中華があったっけと思い出し、訪問してみました。
店内、典型的によくある中華料理店な雰囲気で、きちんと清潔。そんなに席数は多くないのですが、日曜にもかかわらずお客さんは入れ替わり立ち替わりで、相席もフツウにあります。結構人気あるんですね。定食がリーズナブルだし、内容も良いからなのかな(・・?
スタッフは日本語が流暢だし、すごく腰の低いサービスでした。
注文したのは、週替わりの定食メニューがＡからＦまで６種類ある中からＡの豚肉入り高菜と卵炒め７５０円。ライス、スープ、杏仁豆腐、お新香付き。ライスのお替りは１回無料ですが、小食につきそこまでしませんでした(^^;
５~６分ほどの待ち時間でトレーに乗って料理一式が供されます。豚さんも割と量あったし、玉子との相性もイイですね。高菜は使われている野菜の中では味のベース的な役割を果していて、ニラがアクセントになっているし目立っているしな感じで、ニラ好きの自分としてはこれは良かったな♪
スープは玉子とわかめのスープで、あっさりとした鶏ガラ出汁のシンプルなもの。お新香は沢庵で、いきなり和が顔を出して来るあたりも面白い。杏仁豆腐は滑らかで香りもしっかり。
ごちそうさまでした(^^) これで７５０円はホント有難いm(__)m
