ランチで訪問。開店(11時45分)時、12名のお姉さん達の行列。(土日はお姉さんと家族連れが多い)
相席はされていないようです。予約の方がいると並び人数が少なくても、1巡目には着席できません。
メニューから、初めから決まっている麻婆豆腐千円を選択。甜麺醤強めで上海風？の美味しさです。
麻婆豆腐の量は男性でも満足の適量。少なくすると、男性客は離れますのでこのままで。
こちらのお店は2名以上でシェアして食べると宜しいようです。2名の場合、鶏肉と春キャベツの塩炒めと角煮を選べば、さっぱり味としっかり味の組み合わせで食べ飽きません。
デザートの杏仁豆腐は少量ながら、手作りの美味しさ。
次回はランチコースと紹興酒を予定。
ホテルの厨房出身の方のようで、素材の吟味が良いと感じられました。
退店12時5分、外に10名待ち。
