いきなり余談だが、今月は３１日毎日どこかしらを訪れてることがカレンダーから判明。
８年くらいやってるが多分初めて。基本、月に１日や２日はどこも食べに行かない日があるもの。
３１日で５７軒。
北陸にも訪れた今月も色々美味しい店に出会えて充実の食べ歩きでした。
さて、こちら
ホテルニューオータニでやっていられたシェフの店とのこと。
開店は11:45
11:47に訪れた。
2組目
そのあともお客さんがちょこちょこ。
常連さんの店員さんとの話なんか聞くといつも混んでるみたい。
料理は１人で作ってるんで混むとなかなか大変だとか。
ランチメニューは４品。
黒酢酢豚に引かれたが、たいてい１番上にあるものが看板メニューとの持論。
海老と青梗菜の卵炒めを。
青梗菜？
何と読むんだろう、って店員さんに聞くこともなく注文したけど、チンゲンサイのことなのね。
洗練された味付けと素材の味
確かな違いを感じる。
一般的な中華料理店のランチとの価格差は２、３００円といったところであろうがそれ以上の価値を感じた。
コースもお手頃価格で興味をひかれる。
スープは美味しかったが、それ以外のデザート等の付け合わせは普通だったかな。
