先日、会社のメンバーで訪問させて頂きました。
会社のメンバーのメニュー考案を目的に、変わり串がある「ポン吉関内店」さんに訪問。
最初はビールで乾杯。
串が美味しかったです。
「自家製うずら串」
燻製していて、半熟でした。
「すき焼き串」
牛のネギマで卵白がエスプーマで施されてました。
「新鮮ささみ串」
わさびマヨネーズが良いアクセント
「ロッシーニ串」
和牛串のロッシーニ風
「ガーリックトースト串」
暖かいから美味しい。
どれも美味しかったです。
