一鳥さんにおつれいただきました。
白木の明るくて清潔感のある店内は
カウンター席、テーブル席あり、
友人とのディナーや、
デート、接待などあらゆるシチュエーションにぴったり。
いらしてるお客さま方々もどこかお上品でした(o^^o)
煙が店内に流れていないことや、
ラインナップされている貴重日本酒や、
銘醸地ワインの豊富さからも
そういうお酒を好まれるお客さまが多いということですね。
いただいたのは前菜に
汲み上げ豆腐（正式な名前は失念。。）
ぷるんぷるんとなめらかで上品♡
焼き鳥はお店のフラッグシップ
甲州赤鶏もも、
つくね（写真はなし汗）などなど、
マストイート。
豪快な姿に
口にするとぎゅっと旨味、
ジューシーな質感が存分に味わえます。
この日選んだワインはフランス産、
その名もキュヴェ・プレ（鷄）、
日本向けとも表記されている
焼き鳥のためにつくったワインじゃないかと思わせるペアリングの好さ。
こういうお店を知りたかった〜。
