より美味しく感じてとても満足。

サクサクと無心に食べてしまいました。

これはワインに合いますね。
ゴルゴンゾーラの塩味と風味が効いたさといもが抜群。
◆短角牛スネ肉のミラノ風煮込み2,400円
2日間煮込んだという短角牛スネ肉。
おそらく玉ねぎを大量に使って、ほろほろに仕上げています。
赤ワインと一緒にいただくと絶品。
なんという美味さ。
天井が高く、カウンターも広く、海外っぽい感じがしました。
ワインや料理、雰囲気にご主人の強い意向が反映されたとても良い店でした。
時間をかけてゆっくりしたい店です。
ごちそうさまでした。
