Relax and enjoy natural, delicious food that is good for your body.
Italian cuisine made with fresh seasonal Yokosuka vegetables and rare Hokkaido-produced Japanese short-horn beef, known as "delicious red meat." All natural Italian wines are available by the glass. |
I was told that Fiaschetteria Crapulone in Kannai was recommended. I had no idea that this restaurant was on my usual walking route... It's a small restaurant with only a counter. It seems to be run by a married couple. Most of the seats were taken by customers who seemed to be regulars. I browsed the menu on the blackboard while drinking draft beer. It was a limited time special, so I ordered Prosciutto, homemade bread, and cheese. Thank you! Salad with Ezo deer bacon. You wouldn't know it was deer bacon unless you were told. It was delicious and not out of place. This restaurant's selling point is that they have a wide variety of wines by the glass, so I started with a white wine. I chose it because the label was cute. I like how each skewer has a handwritten description. It was fun. Whitebait bruschetta. Plenty of crispy whitebait. Milanese-style braised shorthorn beef shank, which I've always wanted to try. Apparently the restaurant's specialty is the tenderly braised beef, which was exquisite. I have to pair it with red wine. I was shown some recommended wines and chose intuitively. Red wine is best for stews. My wife automatically chose a wine with a cute label lol. Well, we decided to finish off with pasta, so we chose cacio e pepe with plenty of cheese and pepper. The food was authentic, and it was fun to choose from the wide selection of Italian wines by the glass, and it was a very comfortable restaurant.
