横浜スタジアムから徒歩圏内の隠れ家イタリアン。ビルの地下にあり、店内はカウンターとテーブル合わせて、16席程で、落ち着いた大人の雰囲気のお店。ヴィノテカ サクラさんで働いていたソムリエの方が独立して、開いたお店だそうだ。入店は一度に5組までに絞られているので、ゆったり食事ができる。

・お通し
：ポレンタのフリット。粗挽きのトウモロコシをお粥状にしたものを、衣を付けて揚げた料理。
・ゴマサバと茗荷のマリネ 赤ワインビネガーのジュレ
：〆さばと茗荷のマリネは、そのままで十分美味しい。赤ワインビネガーのジュレをつけると、私には酸味がちょっと強めでした。
・生ウニの冷製カッペリーニ
生ウニは苦味なく、カボスを絞るとさっぱりして美味しい。今まで飲んだ白の中でも最高のペアリングでした。
・豪産 仔羊のロースト
：お肉は肉汁たっぷりで、とても柔らかく、付け合わせの温野菜も含めて、とても美味しかったです。赤のペアリングもとても美味しく、最高のメインでした。
・ピスタチオのジェラート
：お腹がいっぱいだったけど、さっぱりしていたので、美味しくいただけました。
料理、ワイン、雰囲気や接客もすべてが素晴らしいお店でした。これ程のクオリティーで10000円は安いと思いました。
再訪します。

・仔羊のサルティンボッカ
・栗のティラミス

・白トリュフのタヤリン
：目の前で白トリュフを削ってもらえる。流石、香りが凄い。
・仔羊のサルティンボッカ
：「口に飛び込む」(すぐに作れて美味しい)という意味のローマ料理。仔羊に生ハムを巻いてあり、間にセージが挟まれている。ジューシーな仔羊にセージの香り、生ハムの塩気がバランスよく合わさっており、とても美味しかった。
・栗のティラミス
：濃厚な栗のティラミスにバニラアイスが添えられている。
ペアリングも素晴らしく、ワインと料理の一体感を楽しめます。
メニューは毎月変わるらしいので、旬の味を楽しめます。
