マイレビュアーさんから私の地元に素晴らしいお店があると教えていただき早速行ってきました＾＾
その名もポンテ、イタリア語で橋という意味でオーナーの橋本さんの名前からとったとのこと。
照明を落とした、大人な雰囲気の中テーブル席に案内していただきました。
お任せコース１万円にペアリング7000円のコースです。
あん肝のテリーヌ 大根とビネガーのジュレ添え
まずやってきたのがあん肝・・・和食では定番ですが、イタリアンでは初めて食べたかも♪ビネガーが加わることで、いつも食べてるあん肝がこんなに変わるんだなぁって驚嘆します。
マグロと西洋ワサビのタルタル
ドラマのグランメゾン東京でマグロはフレンチでは工夫しづらいからまず扱わない食材と言ってたのを思い出しました(笑)やはりタルタルなど素の味わいで出すんだなぁって回想しちゃいました♪
菜の花、ブラータチーズ、生ハムの春巻き風フリット

菜の花、和食ではいただきました。今年イタリアンでは初です。この菜の花の苦みが生ハムとブラータチーズと合わさることで、いつも食べる菜の花とは全く違う別物に変身！！これ、ワインが進みますねぇ＾＾
的鯛とズワイガニのグアゼット
ズワイガニの濃厚なエキスがググっと詰め込まれたグアゼット・・・これだけ濃厚ですとワインだけでなく、パンも進んじゃいます。
猪のラグー 手打ちパスタ キタッラ
猪独特の臭みなどなく丁寧に作られたパスタです。濃厚な肉の旨味に赤ワインは最高！！

宮崎産和牛ランプのロースト
オーナーの方がお肉の火入れには自信ありとのことですが、その言葉に偽りなし！レア気味ながら中まで火が通って柔らかく最高のローストに仕上がっております。
