元部下の栄転が決まり、いざ横浜へ。
最近気になっていたポンテへ！！
イタリアンでも季節の料理が気になっていたのと、ワインのペアリングもお願いできると言う事でこちらへ。
お店は地下にあるので少しわかり辛いですが、入ると良い雰囲気。カウンターがあり、奥にテーブル。
我々はテーブルに案内されました。
オーナーと少し会話をして、メニューの組み立て。
金額感を伝えて、料理とペアリングをお願いしました。
前菜を2品、パスタ1品、メイン1品をチョイス。

初かつおの炙り @2200
炙った香がかなり良い。ペペロンチーノソース 大葉といぶりがっこを一緒に食べると、楽しい食感でとてもおいしい！！初鰹いいね！
ホワイトアスパラのグリル @2400
ホワイトアスパラガスも良い時期。
生ハム、ブラータチーズに卵黄のソースが濃厚！！
暖かい前菜でお腹も調子出てきます。
ホタルイカのプッタネスカ @2000
ペンネをチョイス。
ホタル烏賊の生臭さもなくて旨味がすごい！！
仔羊のロースト @3800
これはすごい！！皮目のパリパリ感。
中身はジューシー。すごい焼き具合。
味付けも良い！今年のベスト仔羊出た感です。
苺のティラミス @800
苺の良い季節。よい香りのティラミス。
〆のエスプレッソとかなりマッチです！！

白アスパラガスのペアリング
ライチの香りが特徴的なワイン。口に含むとライチよりも柑橘系が特徴。
個人的にすごい好き。
サトゥルニノ ロザート@1000
ホタル烏賊のペンネのペアリング。
ここでロゼ。あっさりした口当たりが余分な油を洗う感じで心地よい。
ホタル烏賊の臭みはそんなに無かったけど、こちらのワインで増幅しないかなー？と思ったのは取り越し苦労ね笑
アルモニウム @1500
力強い赤。
今回のキラーだった、仔羊のローストにしっかり合わせてもらった一品。
料理とワインが最高だった。
オーナーのお話しも大変面白く、料理がとてもおいしい。そして、ワインは何も考えなくても良いのがとても素敵！！
料理もワインも全部良い。
とても良いお店でした。
また奮発した時に訪問します！
