横浜で食べログの評価が高いお鮨屋さんに訪問しました。場所は関内の入船通りと関内桜通りの交差点近くの路地を入ったところにありました。
今回頂いたお料理は以下です。

・ 松葉蟹 蟹味噌和え
・ 蛍烏賊
・ 中トロ 鉄火巻き
鮪は「やま幸」から仕入れた魚津の定置ものだそうです。

松輪産のコウジンメヌケです。
