外観が高級なお寿司屋さんやお蕎麦屋さんみたいな雰囲気のラーメン屋さんです！

名店『多賀野』出身のお店で超人気のお店。
今回はシンプルな『中華蕎麦』をチョイス！
まずはスープを一口。
見た目的に醤油のパンチが強いタイプかなと思いましたが、醤油のキレを感じつつも鶏の旨みをしっかり感じる絶品スープ◎
これは本当に美味しい！！
麺は中細ストレート！
麺線が綺麗に整えられていてビジュアルから良い！
ツルッとしていて少し柔め。風味を感じてスープとの相性も抜群◎
トッピングのチャーシューは2種類。
どちらも低温調理系のしっとりとしたチャーシューです◎
特徴的なのか鶏胸肉のチャーシューには人参など？の野菜が巻かれたものです！初めてみました◎
どちらもとても美味しかったです！
とてもクオリティが高い最高のラーメンでした！
次はつけ麺も食べてみたいです！！
