待ち列なし。店内テーブル席は埋まっていました。
緩やかなS字を描く長く伸びたカウンターのキッチンが見える席に案内されました。
初めてのトルコ料理です。
ランチのEセット
ビーフドネルケバブとバターライス
バターライスは優しい味です。
ビーフドネルケバブは食欲をそそる芳しい香り通りの味。
そこでライスにビーフを載せて口へ運ぶと、まろやかなバターライスと控えめスパイスを纏ったビーフの味がひとつになって美味しさが全開になりました。
レンズ豆のスープ
小さめカップにポタージュ風のもったりしたスープ。テーブル上のスプーンはこのカップには大きすぎます。初めてのお店では度々食べ方に迷います。ここではカップから直接飲むことにしました。
見た目に反してあっさり味で飲みやすいです。
ザクロのドレッシングのサラダ
生野菜をほんのり酸味のあるドレッシングでいただきました。ザクロの実の粒々の食感が面白いです。
この後紅茶が出て終了。
これで1300円は（安すぎない？）と焦ったほど量、味ともに満足しました。
トルコ料理は優しい味わいの胃にもたれないお料理でした。
尚、店内は床に段差があります。
