この日は横浜に出張でした。打合せを終えて、上司と遅いランチ。都内へ戻るため、駅近で済ませようと横浜スタジアムを横目に、関内駅方面に歩きます。2時半でしたので、ほとんどランチ営業が終了しています…そんな中、信号を渡った向こう側に何とも家庭的な御料理が頂けそうな、こちらの看板が目に止まりました。上司と入ってみようと…
お店はカウンターメインの奥に長い形態。店内は木のカウンターと明るめの照明。「おうちご飯」を思わせ、女性3人で切り盛りされています。ランチは定食、丼、カレーですが、どれも健康を意識した食材と味付け。オール1,100円。横浜ならこんなもんですかね。バランスよく定食をオーダー。
今日は、牛肉と春雨のピリ辛炒め、里芋の胡麻和え、小松菜の胡桃和え、長芋の漬物、ひじきふりかけ、厚揚げと大根のお味噌、ご飯です。味付けは濃すぎず薄すぎず、素材の味がわかる和え物と、柔らか牛肉と春雨の相性抜群のピリ辛炒め。まさに、お母さんのご飯です。こういう丁寧なお食事をゆっくり食べるというのが、体に良いんですよね。最近は忙しすぎて、なるべく時間をかけない食事を選んでしまっています…
