コーヒーの大学院の横の「あいおい食堂」前から気になっていた。
メニューは、こちら。女性客でびっしりだった。
あいおい定食ヒジキは乾燥してあるパラパラタイプで、ご飯にふりかけると美味しい。ピリ辛の春雨もご飯に合う。一汁三菜で揚げ物好きの私にはいつに無くヘルシー。
おまけに、デザートのキャロットケーキとコーヒーも頼んだ。低カロリーのランチだったから、たまにはデザートも良いでしょう。上のクリームチーズと人参の繊維が残るケーキは素朴で美味。毎日ここでランチをしたら身体がスッキリしそうだな。大満足満蔵でご馳走様でした。また行きまっしょい。
