I went to this restaurant with a friend on a day off. It's about a one-minute walk from the north exit of Kannai Station. The interior of the restaurant has a luxurious and calm Japanese atmosphere, and we were guided to a beautiful private room. First, we toasted with Shandy Gaff, and ordered tomato and cheese pesto, smoked duck, fried half chicken, deep-fried takoyaki, young chicken nanban, the specialty egg on rice, and Uji matcha ice cream. The smoked duck was fresh, mild, and soft, and excellent. The fried half chicken was voluminous, with crispy skin and juicy chicken meat that was so delicious I couldn't stop eating it. The deep-fried takoyaki was crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth on the inside, and excellent. The young chicken nanban was served with a rich tartar sauce that was exquisite. This restaurant is called a "bar", but unlike the usual casual bar food, each dish is elaborate and stylishly presented, and the atmosphere of the private rooms is a bit more like an adult bar, so I think it's a perfect place for dates and entertaining clients. The waiters were polite and the atmosphere was comfortable, so I'd like to visit again if I'm in the area.
