Chinese Bistro. I was surprised at how well the burrata cheese, salted kelp, and fruit tomatoes went together. I am impressed and respect the chefs who come up with the idea of eating abalone and Steak together or Creative Cuisine. Dessert is apricot tofu and is very Chinese.
