挽肉と玉葱で旨味を引き出して、アサリなどの出汁を合わせ、クミンシードなどのスパイスを優しく合わせたカレーです
シーフードはフリットにされイタリアンテイストで仕上げるスタイル
しかも海老ちゃんはオマール海老なのでプリップリで、濃厚な旨みが出るんです

マイルドなカレーはホワイトカラーで辛みを押し出すより、シーフードなどの旨味をしっかり感じ素材の味を楽しめるタイプでスプーンが止まりませんでした
横にはパルマ産の生ハムを中心としたサラダが添えられ、自家製のポテトサラダも美味しい
オレンジの酸味やベーコンの美味しさをガッツリ合わせた他店では味わえないかなり美味しいポテサラでした

ポンカンの持つ水々しさや甘みがしっかりしていて、レモンの酸味、ミントの爽やかさが爽快なドリンクでした✨

しかも美味しい料理だけでなくて、お店の雰囲気の良さ、リーズナブルな価格設定とかなりオススメしたいお店です✅
リアルにこの金額でいいのって心配になるほどです笑
次回はディナーで行きたいと思うほどお気に入りのお店になりました✨
