日替わり発酵プレートランチ1,200円をセレクト。
この日は塩麹の豚肉ソテーでした。ご飯にこだわりがあるようでしたが、もちもちしててとても美味しかったです！ご飯だけ販売して欲しいくらい！笑
プレートの野菜は、素材の味がしっかりしてて美味しかったです。
ドリンクは紅茶かコーヒー(ホットorアイス)を選べます。ランチセットのドリンクなのであまり期待していませんでしたが、紅茶はしっかりポットで提供されてびっくり！小さなデザートも付いてきて、総合的にかなり満足度の高いランチとなりました。お気に入り決定です。
