神奈川県横浜市中区南仲通３丁目にある「CaféLEAFⅡnatural＆organic」です。最寄駅は横浜高速鉄道みなとみらい線の馬車道駅になります。
「CaféLEAFⅡnatural＆organic」へは昼食を「焼肉カーニバル」で食べた後に行きました。
「CaféLEAFⅡnatural＆organic」に入ると、客は結構入っておりました。空いている席に座り、メニューを見ていますと
自家製レアチーズケーキ
本当のチーズのような豆乳クリーム「まめまーじゅ」を使用。下のタルト生地には、栄養豊富で香ばしい「どんぐりクッキー」を使用しています。
が気になりましたので、ドリンクとのセットで注文。ドリンクはホットカフェラテにしました。
「CaféLEAFⅡnatural＆organic」自家製レアチーズケーキはオーガニックについては詳しくないので、豆乳クリームやどんぐりクッキーを使用されているとのことですがその味がどう表現されていたなどは分かりませんが、甘すぎない適度な甘さのレアチーズケーキと感じたことは記憶に残っております。ホットカフェラテも美味しくいただきました。焼肉を食べた後にお茶だけ飲むつもりでしたがレアチーズケーキまでいただいてしまいましたが注文してよかったと思います。ごちそうさまでした。
