この路地は凄い！！ 大好きな店がひしめき合ってます。 いつも「和」なので、気になってはいたものの、ここは初めてです。昼時歩いていたので、感じの良いスタッフに誘われるまま入りました。
ランチメニューは４種類
コクうま黒カレー ８００円 海老とブロッコリーのドリア(トリュフ風味)８５０円 骨付き鳥もも肉に香草パン粉焼き(粒マスタードのクリームソース)１０００円
私が選んだのはもう一品の
【スペイン産オリーブ豚のソテー(バルサミコ玉ねぎソース)】１１００円
カウンターに座ったので、目の前で調理している様子がバッチリ見えます。料理好きとしては最高です。ランチタイムなのに、大きなブロック肉をカットするところから始めました。期待が高まります。すぐに満席になってしまいましたが、早いタイミングで入ったので、客は一人のみ すぐに料理が出てきました。インスタ映えする盛り付けです(あまり上手く撮れていませんが…)
まずは肉から 焼き方はミディアムな感じで、肉は柔らかいものの、味わいがしっかりとしています。そして、スパイスがしっかり複雑に効いています。肉とたっぷりの野菜とスパイスがすばらしく あっと言う間に完食です。食事中は、オーナシェフと話をしながら、いただくことができました。
ディナータイム、フランス小料理をいただきながら、ワインを傾ければ、きっとすばらしい時間が過ごせること間違いなしです。
