平日の昼過ぎに利用
以前にも２回ほど来たことはあるが、いずれも開店直後に入店して行列を回避したお店ではある
14:25に到着して、1組だが店外に行列あり
店のコンセプトは、塩で食べるトンカツらしく、３種類の塩が置いてある
普通のロースカツ定食が売り切れだったので、上ロースカツ定食1500円を注文
味のほうは… うまっ！
前回食べたときも美味しいとは思ったが、今回は感動できた 1500円でこれは安すぎる！
ギリギリミディアムと行った感じの揚げ加減だからか、柔らかさとジューシーさを強く感じた
正直なところ、前回はここまで感動しなかったと記憶しているが… いい意味でのサプライズ
同じ美味しいトンカツではあるが、新宿のプリポーや高田馬場のひなたとは違う美味しさがあった
