H.B's nestとは、hummingbird's nest（ハチドリの巣）の略称♪ハチドリはネイティブアメリカンのシンボルで「愛と美、幸福」を意味し、ハチドリの巣のような空間にしたいという想いが店名に込められています。
地下のため周りを気にせずゆっくり過ごせる立地でウッド調の雰囲気ある造りですლ(^o^ლ)新しいビルでは無いのですが、緑を感じるオシャレな店内です。
