「H.B'snest 肉の溶岩グリル&横浜地野菜 エイチビーズネスト」へはランチタイムに行きました。
「H.B'snest 肉の溶岩グリル&横浜地野菜 エイチビーズネスト」に入ると先客は２組おりました。店員さんに案内されて席に座り、メニューの中から
USブラックアンガス牛肩ロースの溶岩焼プレート 1600円
を選択しました。ソースはBBQソース、ガーリックソース、和風オニオンソースの中から和風オニオンソースを選択しました。
USブラックアンガス牛肩ロースの溶岩焼プレートにはアンガス牛肩ロース、ライス、サラダが乗っております。アンガス牛肩ロースはチャックテールフラップ（ザブトン、ハネシタ）だったと記憶しております。柔らかい赤身肉で食べてみるとこれが美味しい。かなり質の良いアンガス牛と推測しました。同じような形態のお店（肉バル）の「ANCHORGROUND アンカーグラウンド」で食べた肉とは天と地ほどの差があるように感じました。
ランチタイムはセルフでホットコーヒーかアイスコーヒーが1杯無料になっております。サービスでデザート盛り合わせが出てきましたがこれもなかなか美味しくて非常に満足しました。今回いただいたUSブラックアンガス牛肩ロースの溶岩焼プレートは注文して正解、おススメですね。「H.B'snest 肉の溶岩グリル&横浜地野菜 エイチビーズネスト」機会があればまた食べに行きたいですね。ごちそうさまでした。
