Today's tandoori chicken
I always eat Chinese food, but sometimes I like Western Cuisine. So we had lunch at HB's nest in the basement of the Passport Center. Since it was past 12:00, I was worried that the place would be full, but there were seats available. Customer attendance is 90%. Today's tandoori chicken. It's a little browned and has a good complexion, and it's delicious even before you eat it. yes. Delicious tandoori chicken that never disappoints.
こりゃあ 人気出るよなぁ
貿易センタービルといえば爆盛りカレーのどん◯ちと二度と行かないであろう中華くらいしか認識無かったが、溶岩焼きとかでオシャレな感じのお店があるのに最近気づいた。2019年12月からオープンしていたらしい。
入店が11:55くらいで、先客が2組。
やはりお盆で暇なのかななんて思ってたら、あれよあれよと満席に！
1,000〜1,200円くらいで、豚、鶏、ハンバーグ、カレーなどが選択肢で、ライス大盛無料に変更可能。なお、コーヒー一杯無料との事。
に加え、この木目調で明るい店内。バー的なカウンターもあって、食べる前にこりゃあ人気出るよなぁ、という作り。
悩んだが、やはりハンバーグに落ち着いた。
ワンプレート仕様なので本来はご飯が同席している。
添え付けが柔らかいレタスに豆。
そしてハンバーグは、手ごね感のあるむっちりしたサイズでなかなかに美味しい。
欲を言えば中が熱々ではなかったところか。食べやすくてそれはそれで良いのだが、どちらかと言えばヒーローズやつばめグリルのように、鉄板熱々のソース掛けてジュワーっが好きかな。
次は若鶏をトライしてみたいと思う。

GW明けすぐに来たら営業していなかったので、タンドリーチキン食べたい気持ちだけ置き去りになっていたので、改めて来店。
すると… タンドリーチキンの部分がSold outとなっているではないか！ 明るい表情の女性スタッフに聞くと、提供時間が掛かるため取りやめました、との事… なんてぇこったい(泣)
代わりに、ブラックアンガス牛肩ロースの溶岩焼プレート(ご飯無し) 1,950円税込 BBQソースを試してみることに。若鶏やハーブ三元豚よりも少し時間が掛かると言われたが、そんなの関係ねー！ はい、オッパッピー♩
お店は繁盛していて、到着時は満席。気の早い方々が2組出られて5分で入店。
コーヒーは一杯無料だが、食後の楽しみにしている。
待つこと15分。連れの若鶏とハンバーグが配膳。その数分後にアンガスが登場。
赤身でしっかりしてはいるが柔らかく、肉の旨みがしっかり出ていて、スモーキーさも含まれている。
メニューをみると、チャックテールフラップ(ザブトン)を使用されているらしい。
肉に詳しくはないやつがれだが、これが1,950円ならコスパも十分かと思われる。
紙コップの珈琲はいかがなものかと思いつつ、衛生的には良いであろうと。コーヒーそのものは普通かな。
ちなみに、女子率激高なので、女子は入りやすいだろうし、おやぢでもその環境が苦手でなければ、お勧めである。
平田牧場の金華豚 200g 2,500円というのも気になった次第。
