クリスマスディナー
コロナ禍ですが、クリスマスに訪問してきました。
店内は満員で、コロナ関係ない？？！
コースメニューになっておりました。
とにかく全体的に美味い
特に最初からすごかった。
ニシンの燻製のスープは食べたことない旨さ
非常に濃いスープ仕立てですが、上に燻製のニシンが絶妙な深みのある味合いになる。
ヒラメのローストも味が凝縮しておりソースとともにサッパリ
ラビオリはズワイガニソースと言いつつたっぷり蟹！！
お代わりしたい^_^
リゾットで猪臭みが全くないトリュフの良い香がする贅沢リゾットは絶品
鴨ローストもクリスマスぽくgoooood!

テンダロッサ時代から美味しくいただいておりました。
コロナの時代からスタートで大変だと思いますが、あのバイタリティと腕前を持ってれば大丈夫ですよ！^_^

1階は薬局屋さん
テラス席と店内にテーブル、カウンターがありテンダロッサ時代より明るく気持ち良い空間でした。

前菜 海老が無茶旨い、ホタルイカ最高！！
貝のパスタも濃厚だけどパスタとよく絡んでて最高
お肉は柔らかくてジューシー
ティラミスがいつもの濃厚さで病みつき
カプチーノはいつも絵柄が異なり楽しいよ^_^
