今夜は10年？ぶりに旧友と会うことに。
LINEでの連絡はとっていましたが、会うのは本当に久しぶり。
どこで食事をするか、友人と色々検討した結果、ダ ケンゾーさんに決定。もちろん初訪問です。
お店は馬車道の平安堂薬局が入っているビルの3階にあります。
金曜日ということもあって、店内はほぼ満席。
人気があるんですね。
カウンター、テーブル席、テラス席もあり、計68席あるようです。天井は高く開放的で店内は賑やか、言い方を替えれば少々うるさいくらいです。
飲みたいところですが、体調を考慮してノンアルコールドリンク、ジンジャーエールで乾杯。
料理はお店のスペシャリテを中心に以下をオーダー。
・スペシャリテであるアーティチョークのリピエノ
リピエノは詰め物をした料理のことで、初体験でした。
・フルーツトマトと水牛モッツァレラのカプレーゼ
イタリアンでは定番ですね。トマトが美味しくて感動しました。
・ブリのカルパッチョ
・ホワイトアスパラガスのグリル スクランブルエッグ添え
今日のNo.1です。大きくて立派なホワイトアスパラガスに生ハム、スクランブルエッグが乗せられて更に仕上げにシェフがトリュフをかけてくれます。生ハムの塩味とスクランブルエッグの卵の甘さとトリュフの香りがアスパラガスと調和して、その味を引き立ててくれる素晴らしい一皿。
・産直魚介のペスカトーレ リングイネ
これでもかと、海老、ムール貝、蛤、アサリなどの魚介がてんこ盛りのペスカトーレでリングイネが良く合います。これも、豪華で食べ応えのある一品で人気No.1なのも頷けます。
・牛すね肉の煮込み
デザートはサツマイモのブリュレでフィニッシュ。
会話も弾み、お腹も満たされ良い夜になりました。
サービスも良いし、料理も美味しいのでお薦めです。
静かに食事をしたい人には向かないかもですね。
