今回は和牛オリンピックで1位を4年連続で受賞した宮崎牛の牛カツをいただきました
和牛オリンピックは5年に1度開催されるみたいでその大会で4連覇成し遂げたのが宮崎牛
要するに20年間1位でい続けた和牛ってことだからすごいよね
味変は塩、オニオンソース、醤油+ワサビ3種類あって好きなものでいただける
肝心のお肉の味は噛めば噛むほど肉汁が口の中で溢れて幸せに☺️
九州の甘い醤油につけて食べるのが最高だった
夜は居酒屋営業もやっているから是非行ってみてね
