呼び名さえ知らなかった ”あん・あん” だったのかぁーー
２階の店は、なかなか入りずらい

牛は勿論、輸入 肩バラのブリスケ部分だろう 赤身の質から、オーストだと思われる
「せせり」 鶏、首の後ろ側の肉 西日本の呼び方 関東では「小肉」「すきみ」とも呼ぶ
牛は薄くスライスしてあるから、サッと焼くだけでOK せせりは厚みがあって、よく焼いたほうがいいね
肉量は750円なら、こんなモンだろう 適正だね 塩きゃべつ・ごはんは、おかわりしなかった
おっ！？ 「和牛 かっぱ」があるよ！！ ( ｀ー´)ノ
普通硬くて、焼肉にはしない 挽肉に混ぜたりとか、使い道は限られてる
冷凍庫で絞めてから薄くスライスして、重ねたモノを巻いてステーキにしたりする方法がある
写真は、焼肉用 いったいどんな処理をしているんだろう？
”希少部位” ？？ いやいや、単なる ”クズ肉” だよ
かっぱ＝河童 を連想するだろう しかし、雨の日に着る「合羽」の意味 肉が薄くてペラペラだから
安い肉を企業努力で食べて貰える工夫をするのは、とても良いことだ
