今年はコロナで自粛を続けてるが、
最近は私も少しつづ動き出した。
自家用車、タクシーで行ける範囲の場所で、変わらず交通機関の利用はしていない。
元々私の行動範囲は狭い…
今年の5月、コロナ禍真っ只中にオープンしたハイアットリージェンシー横浜。
外観が素敵で以前から車で前を通るたび気になっていた。
後期高齢者の母と叔母を招待。
ホテルの雰囲気がとても気に入った。
場所的に、土地の広さなどから、正直あまり期待してなかったが、とても素晴らしい造り。
設計士すごい。
ガラス張りで開放感があり、天井がどーんと高い。
薄暗い感じが素敵。
みなとみらいのベイ東急のエントランスに似た感じ。
このホテルで働く方々、
駐車場係りの方から始まり、全ての担当の方たちは、一生懸命で丁寧な対応。
店内ガラス張り。
一階なので景色は道路だが、歩道が広く、本通り向きではないので、人、車は全く気にならない。
テーブル席は照明を落とし、落ち着く感じ。
広々してる。
お店の雰囲気、インテリアなど高級感があり、とっても素敵。
オープンキッチンがすごく明るい。真っ白なコックコートが眩しい✨

2名のみプラス¥2.500で、和牛フィレステーキにチェンジする。
グラスワイン3杯。
ソフトドリンク１杯。

全て美味しくいただきました。
でもお腹いっぱいにならない(^_^*)
腹6分目位。
物足りないディナーに消沈。
こんなに量が少ないと思わなかった。
あまり食べない喜寿になる母と80歳叔母も「もうデザート？」
ʅ（◞‿◟）ʃ パンのお代わりしたが…
何か追加する？と言う私に、
遠慮して、
「これで十分よ。年寄りはこれ位が丁度いいのよ。」
と言ってくれたが、物足りない感じだった。
美味しいと印象に残ったものは、3つ。
一つはパン。
ふっかふかのフォカッチャ。皮がパリッパリ。
２つ目、和牛ステーキ。
こんなに小ちゃいメイン初めて見た。ふた口で食べられる位小さいステーキ。
でも美味しかった。
甘く、とろける。
プラス¥2.500だけある。
３つ目、デザート。
これ、最高。
こちらのパティシエさん、最高です。
見た目のデザイン、アイディア、味、滅多にお目にかからないほどのケーキです。
このケーキだけ、食べに来たい。
秋のデザートコンテストに出れば優勝間違いない。
叔母は、イチヂクのアイスが一番美味しかったと(-｡-;
母は、インプラント入ってないので、ナッツのケーキは無理。
私がいただきました。
その他のお料理は普通に美味しい。
元町あたりで2〜3.000円のランチで食べられるお料理。
お料理の新鮮な材料、ハイアットホテル内のレストランであること、サービス、店内の広さ、インテリア、装飾、食器など@には精一杯の価格と量なのでしょう。
ホテル内のペストリーショップで食パンを買った。
お腹に余裕あるので自宅に戻りすぐ食べた。
関内の「乃がみ」に似た甘く柔らかい食パン。
美味しくて生のまま厚切り2枚もペロリ。
オープンして間もないゴージャスなホテルで食事が出来たこと。
丁寧な扱いをされたこと。
気持ち良く過ごせました。
でも、再訪はない。
2階のランチブッフェはとても混雑してると利用した人から聞いた。
落ち着いたら行きたい。
