ランチ利用。
辛さ２の牡蠣カレーを注文。
さほど待つことはありませんでした。
サラダは至って普通。
ライスとは別に片手スキレットでカレーがサービスされます。
カレーはサラサラ。
でもスープカレーとは少し違う感じ。
そして、とにかく甘みが前面に来るカレー。
スパイスの香りが鼻から抜けるようなカレーが好きなので、ちょっと好みとは違いました。
それより……
食べ方のカードに、「肉だけとって切り分け、その後カレーをドバーっとお皿にかけて召し上がれ…」
とありますが、カレーはサラサラで多め。
そしてライスのお皿は平皿。
スキレットの重さでドバーっとかけそうになるも、
「あふれる！」との危機感で、四分の三ほどでストップ。
それでも少しお皿からルーが飛び出ました。
あのままドバーっとかけていたら、明らかに皿からあふれてテーブル＆私のひざにかかっていました。
女性の力であのスキレットを片手で持ち上げて、サラサラカレーを平皿にかけるのはかなり難しいです。
ハッキリ言って危険です。
ご一考の程を。
