JR関内駅北口より徒歩1分ほどにあるセルテ6階の飲食店街の一角に店舗はある。
弘明寺の家系名店である『田上家』で修行された方が独立した店舗である。
元の『田上家』と当『真砂家』から独立した根岸にある『齋藤家』は私個人的には好きであるため、今回の訪問は味に関しては間違いないとの確信の基に訪問した。
訪問当日は日曜日18時過ぎ。
待ちゼロにて入店。店内は先客3名。
ラーメン並 850円
ライス 100円 のり100円 合計 1,050円。
スープは王道家、田上家を継ぐパンチの効いたドッシリした感じで、麺との絡みは良い。
ほうれん草は鮮度よく、家系に似合う。
チャーシューとほうれん草を次回は増して食そうと思う。
関内駅から直ぐで立地も良いため、訪問はピーク時間を外したほうが良さそうである。
非常に満足です。
