関内駅のすぐ近くの商業ビル、セルテの6階にラーメンストリート的な場所にあるこちらのお店。
13時過ぎに訪問した時は5名の並びがありました。他のラーメン屋さんはかなり空いていたのに…。
券売機にて
ラーメン 並 850円
ほうれん草 200円
を購入。
カウンターに案内されお好みを聞かれたので、油多めをコール。すると油多めはできないとの事。
未だに鶏油不足は続いているのでしょうか？
その他は普通でお願いしました。
対麺したこちらのラーメン、ほうれん草はかなりシャキッとしていて好印象。チャーシューはスモーキーで美味い！麺は普通でも硬めな印象。家系ラーメンらしく酒井製麺。
スープは醤油先行の味わいで、昨今は豚骨先行型が多い中珍しいですね。中々個性のある良いスープでした。
駅近で、ハイレベル家系ラーメンを気軽に食べれるのが嬉しいですね。
接客も丁寧で気持ちよかったです！
