19時に来店。横浜に来たなら家系でしょーって事でこちらに。建物の6階にラーメン屋が数店舗。立地が面白いです。
デーゲームで横浜スタジアムで横浜vs阪神の試合後だったため混んでるかな？と思っていたが、カウンターはガラガラ。
チャーシュー麺（1,100円）とライス（100円）
硬め、濃いめで注文。
5分程度で着丼。
スープを一口飲んだら濃い目をお願いしたのにそんなに濃く感じないです。あっさりしてます。鶏油が少なめな感じです。
麺は短めで味は良いです。食べやすい。
チャーシューは燻製系？香りが良いです。柔らかいし、かなりレベルが高いです。
海苔とほうれん草はスープがあと少しだけ濃かったら相まって高得点なのだが…。
あっさりの家系が初だったので物足りなさはあったものの、サラッと食べれて悪くない。
ご飯は進むわけではないけど、ご飯もサラッと食べられる。
食べ終わった頃に周りを見たら満席。女性や年配の方も多く、万人に好かれるのかもしれないです。
家系も奥が深そうなのでもう少し様々なお店を回ってみたいと思います。
こちらのお店にもまた来たいと思います。ごちそうさまでした。
