最近出来たこのお店、気になっていましたがようやく入れた。
ウマいものセンサーは的中、大当たりです。
店名通り東北料理がメインで、テーブル埋め込みではないが鉄鍋もある。ただツレの要望もありまずは四川料理中心に。
店員も客も全部中国人、日本語が通じにくいのはお決まりです。
まずサービスの粟の稀饭が供されます。味のないやさしい味のお粥ですが、これが後で辛い物と合って大活躍。漬物も。
空心菜、干し豆腐、夫妻肺片（モツ和え）、羊肉串、酸辣粉、毛血旺（鴨血とモツのスープ）、羊杂汤（羊モツのスープ）、葱油饼（ネギおやき）で〆。
普通あるラーメンやチャーハンも少なくて、もっぱら饅頭やギョウザがメイン。これも本格的中国東北式。
どれもメチャ美味しかったです。メニューには中国各地の知らないものがいっぱいありますね。再訪確定。
