羊肉冬瓜汤／ラム冬瓜スープ １１８０円
食器ではなくボウルに入ってやって来た１．５リットル以上ありそうな白濁スープ。
味は、スープの素を入れただけ。みたいな…（違っていたらすみません）
具はいちょう切りの冬瓜、しゃぶしゃぶぐらいの薄さの羊肉、そして香菜、にんにく。
あまりにもスープが大量すぎて具が少なく感じられてしまう！
肉は大きさバラバラ、下味をつける等の処理は施されていない様子、まるでパックから取り出してそのまま鍋に投入したかのようなテキトーぶりで、大きい肉は少し食べにくかったです。

表面カリッとしていない、焦げ目もない。
柔らかい肉が好きな方には良いかもしれません。
ごまと唐辛子がまぶしてありました。
大雑把というか、豪快さ・素朴さが売りなのかもしれませんが、あまり手をかけずに調理した感じなのに価格は普通のお店並みなので、今ひとつ満足感が得られませんでした。
とても中国人向けな雰囲気のお店ですが、私が利用したときは日本人客ばかりで意外に思いました。
