This is Okonomiyaki and Teppanyaki ``Aisaka Teppankomono Motoji'' located in Masago-cho 3-chome, Naka-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. The nearest station is Kannai Station on the JR Negishi Line and Yokohama Municipal Subway Blue Line. It is written as "Genji" and pronounced as "Genji". I went to ``Aisaka Tepanko Mono Motoji'' during dinner time. The entrance to ``Aisaka Tepanko Mono Motoji'' is located a little lower than the road. As I went down the stairs and looked at the menu at the entrance of the restaurant, a female staff member asked me if I could eat now, so I asked her, "Is it okay to eat now?" She said, "It's okay," so today Decided to eat here. When I entered the store, the previous customer was not there. A staff member guided me to a table for four in the back. The waiter offered me alcohol, so when I told him I was there for dinner, he said water would be fine, so I was thinking of ordering some oolong tea, but I decided to go against the waiter's request. From the menu, I chose pork (hama pork) as a topping for Okonomiyaki, and then ordered sobameshi with beef tendon (Omi beef).There were two sizes of sobameshi, large and small, so when I asked the female staff, there was only one person. So I was told that a small size would be enough, so I did as I was told and made it a small size. First came the beef stew. The demi-glace sauce was also thick and not too sour, and the flavor soaked into the beef and was delicious. I ordered a small portion of sobameshi, so the amount was small. The taste of the sauce was so strong that I felt like I was eating sauce instead of soba and rice (rice).I tasted like beef tendon, but the taste of the sauce was superior. The sobameshi from ``Wagaya Michi'' that I ate a while ago was more to my taste. The pork Okonomiyaki had mayonnaise on top of the sauce, which I didn't like. I wish I had asked if I could put mayonnaise on it... After removing the mayonnaise and sprinkling on green seaweed and bonito flakes, we enjoyed Okonomiyaki. I would say that the taste was just average. Finally, a grape to cleanse the palate came out. Thank you for the meal.
