ちょうちんも普通のより濃厚で口にドロっと広がる味
1番美味しかったのは鳥刺しの中にレバーとハツかな？
それに卵黄とトリュフコラボが美味しすぎて感動
次の鶏の海苔巻きもその残ったタレでつけて食べました
食べれないレバーもここでは軽く食べれます
