友人たちとディナー☆
友人がどこのお店が良い？と聞かれたので私が行ったことないところと答えたら、『食べログ高得点ほとんど行ってるじゃん笑！！』と突っ込みが笑
でもね、食べログの点数が低くてまだ注目されていないお店を見つけたいのです♪
そんな私のわがままに見事答えてくれました＾＾ｖ
その名も 鉄板 心☆
昼間はその鉄板焼きでのハンバーグなどがレビューされてますが、夜は未知数☆
鉄板焼きの個室というとカウンターに専属シェフみたいのをイメージしていましたが、こちらの個室はテーブルのみ☆
さてそんな鉄板 心のメニューです♪
とうもろこしの冷製スープ
夏の定番ですな☆でもやっぱり甘さのあるこのスープはどこで飲んでも美味しい♪
いさきの昆布締め
なんとフレンチさながらの演出で燻製の煙が蓋でとじられて登場♪
開けた瞬間燻製の良い香りが＾＾
付け合わせはわさび、みょうが、ピクルスです♪
砂肝に夏野菜のソース
最初貝類か何かと思ったら、まさかの砂肝！！笑
砂肝ってこんな形だったっけ？？ピジョンマスタードを添えて新たな味わいが演出されます♪
スズキとムール貝の包み焼き
魚のメインは包みで登場♪写真写りが悪いのかあまり美味しそうに見えないな笑
でも味はしっかりと貝のうま味が含まれて美味しいです♪

ようやく鉄板焼きの真髄です♪
もうちょいボリューミーなお肉を期待してたのですが、、、
でもおすすめのレアでの焼き加減はなかなかの美味☆
〆のお茶漬け、デザートも含めて楽しめました♪
一方で鉄板焼きというよりはフレンチ料理として楽しんだ方が良いのも事実・・・。
王道の鉄板焼きを想定するとややイメージと違うかもしれない。
しかし個室で友人たちと楽しく食べて飲んでが目的なら合致する♪
私は今回は後者だったため楽しくお食事ができました＾＾
