ふわふわハンバーグをランチで頂く
平日のランチに訪問。白を基調とした店内。キッチン周りも綺麗にされており清潔感がある。
カウンターが5席と、2人がけないし4人がけのテーブル席。
客層は周辺のサラリーマンやOLさんが主。カウンターがあるので、お一人様も問題ない。
ハンバーグランチ980円のA 「目玉焼きとデミグラスソース」をオーダー。（AからDまであるが、CとDは追加料金がかかる）
最初にサラダとスープが供される。
サラダはコールスローと思いきや、甘さはなくかなり酸味が効いている。トマトスープの具は薄切りにした玉ねぎのみだが、味わい深い。
厚みのあるハンバーグは鉄板でしばし焼かれた後オーブンへ。オーブンでじっくり火を通している間にシェフは鉄板で目玉焼きと付け合わせの準備を行う。
15分ほど待ってハンバーグランチとライスが到着。
ハンバーグは肉汁が表面にもじゅわじゅわ滲み出ている。ふわふわでとても柔らか。中心部はややレアっぽかったが、特に気にはならなかった。ナツメグ？の風味を感じる。
ソースはデミグラスソース！ 感は薄く、トマトの酸味を感じる。
付け合わせはブロッコリーとじゃがいも。双方共にやや固め。ちょっと冷めてしまっていたのが残念だったが、びっくりするくらい美味しかった。
ご飯はあつあつほかほかで美味しい。お茶碗に思っていたよりたっぷり入っていたが、いかんせんハンバーグだけでは完食がキツい。正直言うと、漬物とかが欲しかったかも。
帰りはアイスコーヒーを無料でテイクアウトさせてくれる。

平日お昼に再訪。火曜日はレディースデイということで女性のお客さんにはお菓子をくださるらしい。
デミグラスソースとポーチドエッグのハンバーグ1,000円をオーダー。
最初にサラダとスープが来る。小さなココット皿に入ったサラダはキャベツとコーンのコールスロー。スープはシンプルな卵スープ。
その後ハンバーグ到着。
フォークを入れても肉汁が滴り落ちたりはしない、しっかりとした食感の肉肉しいハンバーグ。
デミグラスソースは万人向けの食べやすいお味。ポーチドエッグを割ると黄身がとろっと出てきて、ハンバーグに絡めて食べると美味。
付け合わせはにんじんとじゃがいも。前回同様やっぱり冷めているのが残念。せっかく鉄板があるのだからそこで温めて提供してもらうことはできないのかな。
お会計後に、メレンゲ菓子を頂いた。
