一昨年あたりに突如、伊勢佐木町に姿を現したこちら。
当初は爆音で店外へ「ラブ・ストーリーは突然に」が流れていて
ドンピシャ世代のオジさんは
前を通るたびキュンキュンしていた次第。
嫁ちゃんが予約してくれて念願の初訪。
しかも予約で安くいただけるシステム！最高！
こちらのウリは一切冷凍していない生ラム
がジンギスカンでいただけるとあって
ラム大好き夫婦はテンションMAX！
まずは大人のメロンソーダととうもろこしハイで乾杯。
アテはキムチとフレッシュなザーサイ、チョレギサラダ。
すぐに特上生ラム肩ロース、生ラムモモが着皿。
特上のラム肩は分厚く切られていて
表面を軽く焼いてサクッとジューシー。
程よい脂も乗りつつフレッシュでさっぱりとした
肉の旨味で超美味い！
モモもぶりんぶりんで鶏肉みたいな肉感で
これまたサッパリなお味でうめえ〜。
ラムハツ、ラムレバー、ラムタンと希少部位の
内臓系は特にラムタンがサックサクで◎
北海道でしか食べたことのなかった
生ラムユッケが登場！
臭みが全く無くてこれは美味しい！
トロっとしたお肉がたまんない、お酒がとまんない。
辛ラムーチョという名の
素敵なネーミングセンスなピリ辛味噌味の
ラムも美味しいし、中落ちラム塩カルビも
脂ノリノリでウーハイぐびぐびススム君。
〆のつけ麺がまたまたヤバいやつ。
ラム用のタレとほうじ茶を割ってつけ汁にする斬新システム。
ラムの旨味が移ったつけ汁は間違いない旨さで
さらに、麺がビビるぐらい美味しかった。
いや〜、最高のラムストーリーを
夫婦で体験して大満足！
この日は飲み放題にしなかったけど
レモンサワー飲み放題60分がなんと500円！
なんてのもオススメ。
